Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is free on all of our products to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is usually via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders for items in stock are shipped the same day or next day, including Saturdays. You will receive a shipping notice when the order is processed and you should receive your order in 2-4 days. (UPS shipments 4-6 days). If an item is not in stock, we will notify you upon receipt of your order and advise if a substitute item is available. We will also inform you of the anticipated availability of the item. Items marked as special order are items that we do not normally keep in stock or larger sizes that are custom made to order. These items may ship direct from the manufacturer and are typically shipped within a week. We will notify you of the anticipated ship date. 

Expedited shipping is available on request. You can view expedited shipping rates in our shopping cart prior to checkout. You may also call for item availability and prices on overnight or second day delivery via UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Expedited orders must be received by noon (Central Time) for same day shipping.

International shipping is available to most locations. You can view International shipping rates in our shopping cart prior to checkout. You may also call or email for rates and delivery times. We are not responsible for any fees or duties imposed upon the shipment by your country.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted when items are returned to our office unused and in new condition. Due to increasing shipping costs, exchanges for a different size item may be subject to a $4 exchange fee. Using a measuring tape to get your chest measurement should ensure you received the correct size. If you do not have a fabric measuring tape you may use a string around your chest and then measure the string. Use our sizing chart to select the correct size and try on the items as soon as you receive them. Defective items will always be immediately replaced without additional fees.
Tour King products carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects.
